In less than a month we shall be heading West... After a decade in Bulgaria we are moving on, having learnt more than you can imagine about ourselves and what we want our life to be, we shall soon be on the road with our trusty well travelled Defender 90 and cozy 25 year old ABI caravan and the boys of course, we are most certainly leaving with a lot more than we arrived.
The last 10 years, well, to say the least its been an eventful time in Bulgaria, full of every emotion and eventuality you can imagine. We are ready for a change, for renewal, to continue to grow, to support and encourage our two brilliant boys, providing them with as many life skills and real experiences as possible, and for us doing whatever we are passionate about.
Our route will take us through Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Italy and Spain and why not?! We always said Bulgaria was a great base for exploring but for one reason or another we really didnt get that far, I will say though the places we did get to visit and experience have been great and some totally amazing to say the least.
But, before we can get on the road we have plenty of packing to do and a whole load of documents to organise for the move, just need to get cracking, at this point a few boxes would be a good start.
The stunning, romantic old capital of Bulgaria will always be a very special place for all of us...
